Kids Yoga | Community Spirit

Carrollwood – Palm Yoga for kids starts Feb. 21 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for ages 7 to 12. Your child will have a chance to develop discipline, flexibility and a healthy lifestyle.

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 – 4:45 p.m. This is a great way to keep your young athlete focused, flexible and gives them the chance to reduce the chance of injury.

It costs $75 per month.
