Carrollwood, Florida - The Carmel Cafe & Wine Bar in Carrollwood offers a little something for everyone.

Coming up June 21, the venue will offer a five-course meal with wine pairings.

"Event Description: The Carmel Cafe & Wine Bar for a five course Mod  Med wine pairing featuring two of Napa Valley's most celebrated vineyards. Court of Masters Sommelier Michael Dwyer will be our tour guide  as we explore the vineyards, stories, and wines of Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel.

Wine Pairing Menu: Prim Wine: Mumm's Napa Sparkling Rose of Pinot Noir Carmel Pairing: Basterma Wrapped Shrimp.  

Second-:Wine- Far Niente Estate Chardonnay 2010 - 92 Points, Wine Spectator Carmel Pairing: Saffron Mussel Bisque - Crustad.

Third-Wine-Nickel & Nickel Zinfandel Pronzo Vineyard 2007 Carmel Pairing: Eggplant Rollantini - Serrano, Spinach, Fontina, Provolone, Spicy Pomodoro.

Fourth:Wine-Nickel & Nickel Cabernet Sauvignon Branding Iron Vineyard 2008 - 93 Points, Robery Parker Carmel Pairing: Braised Short Rib Ravioli- Chantrel, Cream Sauce
