Free "Chair Yoga" Carrollwood | Events

Carrollwood, Florida - Instructors from "Lucky Cat Yoga" will host "Chair Yoga" in July at The Jimmie B Keel Regional Library in Carrollwood.

The free classes are offered July 9 and 23 at 10:30 a.m.

This low stress, slow-movement introduction to yoga is geared for beginners although intermediate students are also welcome for  this half-hour session.

The library is located at 2902 West Bearss Avenue in Carrollwood.
